  • New Product Releases

New product releases scheduled for mid 2007 for BDC Software. Major Releases are scheduled for AppSetter, DCOps and TradeOps which will include New Features, Improvements and Platform Upgrades.

 

  • Subscription Pricing Upgrade

BDC has introduced a new pricing model for AppSetter and DCOps as of Jan. 2007 to greater service clients of all levels. Our new pricing model of a per use (per unit) base will improve the ability of our clients to greater budget the use of our Software as a Service.

 

  • Innovative Housing Technology Awards Finalist

Builder Design Center (BDC), in association with Budgetrac Systems, was a recent Finalist of the Innovative Housing Technology Awards (IHTAs) at the International Builders Show in February.  The IHTAs recognizes significant advances and best practices by product manufacturers, integrators and builders in technology development for, and implementation by, the housing industry.  BDC was also showcased in TecHome Builder magazine. 

 

  • 3rd Party Application Integration:

BDC is in current development of integrating with leading industry applications.  These applications focus on the following features:

    • Accounting
    • Sales
    • Project Management
    • Options
    • Scheduling
